This is a published version of this document and is not edited after publication. The version that applies to a customer is the version identified on that customer's Order Form. Prior versions remain available at their own addresses.

This Schedule is incorporated by reference into the Master Subscription Agreement and governs the Standard Export described in Sections 6.12 and 6.13 of the Agreement. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Agreement. This Schedule may be updated in accordance with Section 14.13 of the Agreement, by publication of a new version at its own address; this version is not edited.

1. Standard Export¶

Following expiration or termination of an Order Form, and subject to Sections 2 and 5 of this Schedule, Provider will produce one Standard Export per Company Database consisting of Customer Data in the entities listed below.

The Standard Export includes complete history for each entity as at the extraction cutoff date, without date limitation. Individual field names and the presence of individual fields may vary between versions of the Services and between Company Databases; Provider will include the business content described above in the form then supported by the Services.

2. Request and delivery¶

Request window	Customer must request the Standard Export in writing within fifteen (15) days after the effective date of expiration or termination. Requests received after that period are not honored.
Preservation	On receipt of a timely request, Provider will preserve an extraction snapshot of the Company Database sufficient to produce the Standard Export.
No timely request	If Customer does not make a timely request, Provider may delete Customer Data in accordance with Section 6.13 of the Agreement without further notice and without liability.
Delivery	Within thirty (30) business days after receipt of a timely request, provided all amounts then due have been paid.
Extraction window	Extraction is performed outside Provider's support hours.
Method	Encrypted, compressed archive delivered by secure file transfer or on encrypted physical media, at Provider's election. Password conveyed separately.
Storage requirement	Uncompressed output may be several gigabytes per Company Database. Customer is responsible for having storage and systems capable of receiving and opening files of that size.
Verification	Customer has ten (10) business days from delivery to report a material defect in writing. Provider will correct a confirmed defect at no charge. After that period the Standard Export is deemed accepted and Provider's obligations under this Schedule are discharged.

3. Output format¶

Format	UTF-8 encoded CSV with a header row and RFC 4180 quoting, or XML with a flat element structure and no schema definition. Customer selects one format for the entire export set.
Structure	Each file is a flat, single-row-per-record file in which values appear in resolved, human-readable form. Files reference one another by the business identifiers already visible to Customer in the Services, such as order number, lot number, and builder name.
Content	Files contain business content only. They do not carry internal identifiers, technical metadata, or structural or definitional information.
File set	One file per entity listed in Section 1, per Company Database.
Dates	ISO 8601.
Numeric values	Plain decimal, without currency symbols or thousands separators.
Manifest	A plain-text manifest listing each file, its row count, and the extraction cutoff date and time. The manifest is not a data dictionary and does not describe field meanings, types, or relationships.

4. Exclusions¶

The Standard Export consists of Customer Data only. It excludes, and Provider is under no obligation to provide in any format, anything other than Customer Data. Without limitation, this includes any element of the Provider Technology, any database file, any definitional or structural artifact, any system, operational, reference, security, or configuration content, any report definition, and any source code. Provider determines what constitutes Customer Data for this purpose, acting reasonably.

Personal data of third parties recorded in the Services is included only as resolved fields on the entities listed in Section 1, being buyer and closing attorney names on Orders and contact name and telephone number on Builders and Subdivisions. Standalone reference records containing such personal data are excluded.

5. Fees and pricing procedure¶

Pricing procedure. Optional services under this Schedule, including additional data extraction, custom exports, transition assistance, expedited work, and time-and-materials services, are billed at Provider's then-current standard rates. Provider will provide a written quote or estimate before commencing billable work. Customer must approve the quote in writing, and Provider may require prepayment. Unless otherwise stated in it, a quote expires thirty (30) days after issuance, applies only to the work described in it, and does not establish or fix rates for any later request. Provider's standard rates are available on request.

6. General¶

Provider does not warrant that the Standard Export can be imported into, or used without transformation by, any particular application, and makes no representation as to its suitability for use by Customer or by any successor provider. Customer is responsible for any mapping, conversion, or transformation required.
This Schedule describes the export Provider will produce, and is not evidence of the design, structure, or organization of the Services, which are Provider Confidential Information under Sections 7.3A and 13 of the Agreement.
Payment records are exported as recorded in the Services and may not reconcile to accounting records Customer maintains elsewhere.
Record counts, output volumes, and processing times vary by Company Database and are confirmed when a request is received.
Nothing in this Schedule entitles Customer to any export other than the Standard Export, or to any export at any time other than as provided in Section 2.
